Do I need to secure the swing set or play equipment to the ground?
Answer:
There are a number of precautions you will need to follow when securing your play equipment to the ground. Some of these include: 1. Place the equipment on level, well-drained ground, not less than 6ft from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wire. 2. Do not install playground equipment over concrete, asphalt, packed earth or any other hard surface. 3. Install the playground equipment with the slide facing north, this helps prevent the surface on the slide from getting too hot. With unstable soil conditions, we recommend anchoring the equipment into the ground. Call our Customer Service at for more information.
How easy is a Lifetime play set to put together?
Answer:
All Lifetime play sets come with a full installation manual which guides you along the construction of the unit. The Playsets will require anywhere from 2-4 adults, depending on the size and complexity of the structure. Your instruction manual will advise you of how many people are necessary for building a set.

I tried to place a credit card order but was declined because of “error 2”. What is this?
Answer:
An "error 2" code means that your transaction was declined due to you bank’s preset transaction limit on your credit card. What typically happens when this error occurs is that the credit card issuer has a preset limit on your account for a single transaction (such as $1000 or $2000 per transaction). When a transaction larger than the preset limit is attempted the order is declined.
To resolve this you simply need to call your credit card issuer/bank and ask them to approve the transaction and/or raise your transaction limit. They usually have no problem doing this and it is a fairly quick and simple process. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to call us at our toll-free number 877-828-0192.
